The client wanted to conduct a training intervention for mid-managers who were globally dispersed. They requested interventions in Customer Focus, Risk Taking and Collaboration. They wanted to enhance managerial skills and to look at certain key factors that the organizations believed would help improve their managerial skills.
Solution
In 2 months, contentiSCAPE® created a well-researched digital library, enabled self-paced learning and catered to behavioral competencies required by the group. The digital library was hosted in the client’s Learning Management System.

In 2 months, contentiSCAPE® reviewed existing content, value-added wherever necessary and developed storyboard eLearning modules using instructional design principles and methodology. The content was logically broken into modules and submodules for the benefit of the learners. Interactive sessions were built and uploaded into the client’s LMS.
